It all started with rain, stopped, then started again, stop for some more time. But, finally there was a match on the 2nd day of the DLF IPL season 2.
It was a rain affected match, and had almost 4 to 5 halts. The game was first reduced to 14 overs a side, and then to 12, and the boundaries were shortened to exclude wet parts of the outfield.
Kings eleven punjab managed 104 runs in 12 overs with a opening stand of 68 from Goel and Bopara.
The target was reduced to 54 runs in 6 overs from Delhi after some heavy rainfall.
Sehwag and Gambhir chased the score with an over to spare.
